Overview
We adapted a variety of materials, including backgrounders, modules, workshops, and more, originally created for AbbVie US Oncology Training, to meet the needs of a new client—Global Oncology Training. The project involved developing new templates for these pieces that adhere to AbbVie Brand Standards.
These templates are required to be in PowerPoint or Word format, with all text remaining editable so the client can alter any content as needed.

Approach
Our primary aim was to craft templates that are both clean and sophisticated, ensuring longevity and universal appeal. Given their anticipated use across various countries, it was essential for these templates to maintain their aesthetic appeal over time.
The design elements needed for each piece are pretty standard for our typical pieces of that type. For the backgrounder, we need a cover page, a call-out element, and a table style. For the module, we need similar elements to the multiple myeloma module template. A cover page, a chapter title page, a navigation element for an interactive Table of Content, a button style to trigger a pop-up, a pop-up style, a table style, an image/caption style, etc.
Below are my preliminary designs, which underwent further refinement and were later applied across various materials.

Graphic elements and content were properly integrated into PowerPoint slides with set master pages, facilitating easy global modifications.
Results
The client approved all the designed templates, expressing satisfaction with the modern and simplistic approach we adopted. These pieces not only adhered to their brand guidelines but were also enhanced with a touch of innovative elements.
