Facts in Flash

Role: Lead Designer
I was tasked with creating a "Facts in a Flash" style layout, culminating in an interactive PDF that aligns with AbbVie’s Oncology branding theme. Given a creative brief with few restrictions, AbbVie expressed a desire for vibrant, fun, and user-friendly flashcard layouts— a departure from their conventional interactive styles.

 

Creative Output

Faced with a tight deadline, the initial layout drafts were required to be submitted within
3 days, followed by the final polished layout within a week. Below, you can view some of my initial drafts. By round 2, the final design was selected.

Results

The client was highly satisfied with the overall design and functionality, especially given the tight timeframe. Our goal was to create a user-friendly, flexible, and clean layout, and we succeeded. This style was not only adopted across numerous flashcard designs by other teams but also served as a conceptual reference for future projects as seen in the short video above.
